Representation within the mAgro Cluster is a new approach to cooperation between members of an association.
Our association promotes cooperation built around projects, skills and contributions. Decisions are taken by vote, weighted by each member's participation in the project concerned, so that every member can influence the projects to which it actively contributes.
Projects are chosen, and members enrolled in them, by a general vote weighted by share of participation, the contribution involved and each member's track record within the organisation.
